Ryan is a seasoned veteran of the landscape and hardscape sector, bringing more than twenty years of hands-on experience to the table. Starting as a contractor and transitioning to the supply side gave him a unique, holistic understanding of the entire industry ecosystem, including the challenges faced by both contractors and independent dealers.
For the past nine years at Dibbits Landscape Supply, Ryan was a central figure in scaling the company from a local business into an industry-leading, multi-location enterprise. This transformation was driven by focusing on high-performing teams, scalable systems, and operational excellence.
Ryan is fundamentally driven by the belief that independent landscape supply businesses must have equal access to the same professional tools, data, and purchasing power typically reserved for large national chains.
This conviction led him to co-found Hardscape House, where he serves as CEO. His strategic vision is to build a powerful, connected platform that empowers independent landscape supply businesses to operate efficiently, compete at scale, and secure a stronger long-term future.

Joe is the Chief Executive Officer of Dibbits Landscape Supply, embodying the spirit of a second-generation leader who has grown up immersed in the construction industry. His unique journey began not in an executive office, but out in the field, gaining invaluable, hands-on experience from the ground up.
This upbringing gave him a deep understanding of operational needs and is the foundation that has shaped the company’s customer-centric approach.
Under Joe’s leadership, Dibbits Landscape Supply has become an industry leader, recognized for its reliability, strong relationships, and operational discipline.
Beyond his company’s success, Joe passionately advocates for independent dealers, helping them adapt to intense competition through support and innovative strategies. He is also a Co-Founder of Hardscape House, where he guides the strategic vision to strengthen independent landscape supply businesses through shared systems, aligned purchasing power, and collaborative growth initiatives.

Jeff Cunningham

Jeff has a well-rounded background in the hardscape industry, having worked as both a contractor and a manufacturer’s representative throughout his career. These experiences have given him a practical understanding of job site realities, product performance, and the day-to-day needs of contractors.
He began as a hands-on hardscape contractor, gaining a deep understanding of job site operations and material needs. He then spent ten years as the Ontario Sales Manager at Alliance Designer Products, where he supported product launches including G2 Polymeric Sand, Gator Base, Nitro, and Extreme Edge. He played a major role in delivering contractor training programs across the province, helping professionals expand their knowledge base.
Today, at Dibbits Landscape Supply and Hardscape House, Jeff focuses on driving growth, supporting training initiatives, leading the marketing team, and strengthening contractor engagement. He enjoys helping contractors translate complex technical details into simple, practical solutions that support real-world success. Jeff values building strong, collaborative relationships across the hardscape industry.

Now, as the Director of Partner Success at Hardscape House, Tanya leverages this comprehensive experience to lead engagement with the dealer network.
