Before HardscapeOS

Your business should not depend on six systems agreeing with each other.

Disconnected software creates duplicate entry, delayed information and operational blind spots. HardscapeOS replaces the patchwork with one shared transaction and one source of truth.

Inside your yard

Run the operation.

Manage the daily work that keeps inventory moving, trucks rolling, customers served and margins protected.

The patchwork

Before

  • Orders re-entered between systems
  • Inventory checked manually

What comes nextSolve the next problem

Data, protection and future tools will be built around real problems surfaced by independent businesses in our industry.

Our belief

Independent businesses should not have to become big corporations to get great technology.

Our goal is to help small businesses become easier to run, easier to grow and stronger for the next generation — while keeping their independence.

Built from both sides

Built inside landscape supply. Engineered by a modern product team.

We operate a landscape supply business every day, so the workflows are grounded in real counter, yard, purchasing, logistics and financial operations.

Our software, data and AI team brings the technical authority to build a modern platform that can scale across the industry.

Simple, modular pricing

Start with the operating system. Add what your business needs.

Sovereignty by design

Your business. Your data. Your code.

Independent businesses should never be held hostage by their software. Your customer records, pricing, products, transactions, financial information and operating history remain yours.

Your deployed HardscapeOS implementation is built to remain operable by you. Hardscape House retains ownership of the shared HardscapeOS platform IP, while your agreement defines the source-code and usage rights required to operate your implementation independently.

Stay because we are valuable. Not because leaving is impossible.

Discuss Ownership & Portability

Your implementation is yours

Your deployed environment is configured around your business. Your agreement provides the rights needed to keep operating it independently while Hardscape House continues enhancing the shared platform.

You own your business data

Your customer, product, pricing, order, inventory and financial data remains under your control. HardscapeOS never claims ownership of your core business information or operating history.

Controlled access

Role-based permissions help ensure each team member sees and manages only the information required for their responsibilities.

No vendor lock-in

Your data should never be trapped and your operation should not depend on being unable to leave. HardscapeOS is built around portability, practical exports and long-term operating control.

What needs my attention this morning?
Here are the three highest priorities:

1. Two contractor accounts are approaching their credit limits.
2. Three deliveries still require confirmation before noon.
3. Cambridge pavers are projected to stock out within five days.

Questions serious dealers ask

What you need to know before trusting one system with your business.

HardscapeOS is being built for long-term operating trust. We would rather be clear about the implementation than overpromise.

Is HardscapeOS an ERP?

No. It includes the operational and financial capabilities dealers expect, but it is designed as a connected operating system around the complete landscape supply transaction.

Can it replace our accounting software?

HardscapeOS is being designed with full bookkeeping capabilities. The right migration path will depend on your current setup, data and operational requirements.

What does go live in one month mean?

It is the target for a prepared single-location implementation after discovery and data readiness. More complex or multi-location businesses may require a phased plan.

What happens to our existing data?

The implementation begins by mapping customers, products, pricing, inventory and financial data. The migration plan is agreed before cutover.

Who owns our data and implementation?

You own your business data. Your HardscapeOS agreement also provides defined rights to your deployed implementation so your business is not trapped by vendor lock-in. Hardscape House retains the shared platform IP used to continue developing HardscapeOS for the industry.

Why is there a minimum service agreement?

Hardscape House subsidizes the preferred implementation price to make switching systems more accessible. In exchange, preferred implementation pricing requires a minimum initial service agreement. Standalone implementation pricing is also available.

What happens when the initial service term ends?

Our goal is to earn your continued business through value, support and innovation — not because leaving is impossible. Your agreement defines your ongoing data, source-code and operating rights.

Can contractors use it without changing how our team works?

Yes. HardscapeOS Pro connects the contractor to the same order and account information used by the yard, reducing separate portals and duplicate entry.

What can TanyAI do?

TanyAI is designed to answer operational, financial and product questions using the information and permissions available inside HardscapeOS.

Can it support multiple locations?

The platform is being designed for both independent single-location dealers and growing multi-location groups, with shared visibility and role-based access.

Who supports the implementation?

The HardscapeOS customer-success team guides discovery, data preparation, configuration, training, go-live and ongoing adoption.

When can we see the live product?

Product walkthroughs are available as the platform develops. Additional live product videos and dealer demonstrations will be added as features move into production.
